The water chiller is easy to corrode, so the direct refrigeration type adopts a titanium bubble water chiller or a 316L stainless steel water chiller. Therefore, the direct cooling water chiller is also called acid and alkali-resistant water chiller. The indirect refrigeration type does not require corrosion resistance treatment and can use a standard water chiller, but depending on the cooling method, the plating tank must be equipped with a titanium tube.

1. The principle and method of direct refrigeration

The water in the bottom basin of the cooling tower is sent to the condenser of the water chiller through a water pump to cool the condenser and then flows back into the cooling tower to spray down when the water is cooled by the fan on the top of the cooling tower and then flows back to the bottom of the cooling tower The basin, so it runs again and again. The condenser radiates heat while the refrigerant inside is liquefied, and then flows into the evaporator in the cold gun to evaporate, and the heat is absorbed during evaporation so that the sulfuric acid (tank liquid) in the cold gun is cooled, and the cooled sulfuric acid is transported by the water pump To the electroplating (oxidation) tank, it is such a cyclic process.

2. The principle and method of indirect freezing

The water in the bottom basin of the cooling tower is sent to the condenser of the water chiller through a water pump to cool the condenser. When it flows back into the cooling tower and sprays down, the water is cooled by the fan on the top of the cooling tower, and then flows back to the bottom basin of the cooling tower, and it runs again and again. The condenser dissipates heat while the refrigerant inside is liquefied, and then flows into the evaporator in the water tank to evaporate. When evaporating, it absorbs heat, thus cooling the water in the water tank. The cooled water is delivered to the heat exchanger (middle Separate, one side water, one side sulfuric acid,), and then through the process of heat transfer to cool the sulfuric acid, just such a cyclic process. The advantage of this product is that it is easy to install, the service life is relatively longer than that of direct freezing, and the acid and alkali are not easy to corrode the water chiller.
