Specific precautions and maintenance methods are as follows:

1. In order not to affect the cooling effect of the chiller, to ensure the normal operation of the laser equipment. Please put the chiller in a clean, ventilated place with good heat dissipation (it is recommended to put it outdoors and cover the sunshade roof. There is no large heat source in the space within 2M of the equipment).

2. please clean the condenser regularly, it is best to use a gas of not less than 0.8Mpa (usually with nitrogen) or a soft brush to clean the dust on the heat sink of the condenser (floating with the fins to prevent the fins from blowing) Pour) to avoid high-temperature protection of the chiller caused by poor heat dissipation of the condenser during long-term operation of the equipment, and the compressor does not start and affects the customer's use.

3. Please remind customers to clean the water tank regularly and change the water frequently. Usually replace the pure water once a month, and at the same time clean the water tank (wash and rinse with detergent) to ensure the water quality of the chiller is clean.

4. In order to avoid the abnormal flow rate of the chiller, please remind the customer to change the water filter core frequently. When the white filter core is observed to be pig liver color, it should be replaced immediately. Otherwise, the chiller will be cut off, under flow and flow alarm. It even caused the filter cup to burst. (Note: Our company's 3HP and above equipment filtration device is built-in. When replacing the filter core, you need to open the left door of the device.)

5. pay attention to the monthly maintenance of the chiller, thoroughly clean the internal pipeline of the equipment once a month, carefully check whether there is oil trace in the refrigeration pipeline, if there is oil trace and the refrigeration effect of the equipment is not good, please check the professional maintain.
